Wear-Resistant Steel Plates

The strength of our protection begins with our wear-resistant steel plates. They are customizable and come in an array of thickneses and shapes to fit the needs of our applications. The microstructure of HP Wear-Resistant Steel Plates is a mixture of high volume hexagonal-shaped chromium carbides in tough austenitic and martensitic matrices. These plates are designed to handle the stress of abrasion with patterned microfracturing, so that the stress does not progress beyond the plate and into the substrate (your equipment).

Welding Services

HP Plate provides custom welding services in of its manufacturing facilities for its customers in China and Taiwan, but they do not directly offer this service to their international customers. Welding services will be provided by the approved regional agents of HP Plate around the world.
